2. Scope and accessibility goal

This information applies to the Hackni STICS website at hackni.stics.sk. Our goal is Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, taking appropriate account of European standard EN 301 549 and the relevant requirements of Slovak Act No. 351/2022.
An independent formal conformance audit has not yet been completed. We therefore do not claim an unverified classification of full or partial conformance and describe this page as accessibility information.

3. Accessibility features

  • a skip link to the main content, semantic page regions and a logical heading structure,
  • keyboard operation of the main navigation, mobile menu and FAQ,
  • visible focus indication for keyboard users,
  • text alternatives for meaningful images and decorative elements hidden from assistive technologies,
  • accessible control names and menu-state information for screen readers,
  • responsive layout, content reflow and sufficiently large controls on mobile devices,
  • Slovak and English versions with the page language identified.

4. Known limitations

If the registration form creates a barrier, we will provide a reasonable alternative way to obtain the information or submit the relevant details on request.
  • an external Google Forms registration form and other linked websites are outside this website’s technical control,
  • documents supplied by partners, particularly older PDFs, may not be fully optimised for screen readers.
