3. What Hackni STICS uses
During the technical review carried out on 11 September 2026 after connecting
hackni.stics.sk, the Hackni STICS application code did not activate analytics or marketing tools, create visitor profiles or store cookies to remember user preferences.Cloudflare’s hosting and security infrastructure uses the strictly necessary
__cf_bm security cookie. According to Cloudflare’s documentation, it supports bot protection and helps distinguish automated traffic from legitimate requests. It is not an analytics or marketing cookie.- Name:

4. Consent and cookie banner
Section 109(8) of Slovak Act No. 452/2021 permits technologies that are strictly necessary to provide a service requested by the user without consent. Because the website used only the strictly necessary security cookie described above at the time of the latest review, it does not display a cookie consent banner.
If analytics, personalisation or marketing technologies are added later, they will not be activated before the relevant consent is given. Consent controls will be added and this policy updated before those technologies are deployed.
5. External services and links
When you open an external website, such as a future Google Forms registration form, that provider’s rules apply. Its cookies are not placed by the Hackni STICS page and their use may also depend on whether you are signed in to that service.
6. Browser controls
You can inspect, block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential technologies may affect website availability or security.
7. Provider processing and changes
When providing its security and hosting infrastructure, Cloudflare may process technical information outside the EU or EEA. Further details are available in Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. Information about SAPIE’s related processing is provided in our Privacy policy.
